mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by SommPair
(“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using SommPair, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SommPair. By using the Service, you
represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Authentication

SommPair uses third-party authentication providers, including
Apple Sign In and Google Sign In.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all
activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use SommPair only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these
Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Use the Service to provide professional, commercial, or regulatory advice

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SommPair uses artificial intelligence to generate wine-related information,
including tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and contextual insights.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes
only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated
content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to SommPair.

By submitting content, you grant SommPair a limited, non-exclusive license to
store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the
Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by SommPair (excluding
user-submitted content) are the property of SommPair or its licensors and are
protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SommPair at any time if you violate
these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SommPair is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties,
express or implied, regarding the Service, including its availability, accuracy,
or reliability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SommPair shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in
connection with your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page
with a revised “Last updated” date.
